One year @Mindfire

Completed one year @mindfire today :). I joined Mindfire Solutions on 18th Nov 2010, exactly an year ago. And now, when I look back I have something that I want to share with you. By ‘something’ I mean some memories, some observations and some events.

After joining Mindfire Solutions, I became a part of the team leaded by Mr. Kiran Kumar Singh. And today, after one year, I feel from bottom of my heart that getting into his team is the best thing happened in my professional carrier yet. Its very rare to find a manager who is as cool as him. Sometime we think of calling him ‘Captain Cool’ :). In brief, he is a nice man to work with.

The best thing I found in Mindfire Solutions is the work environment, just awesome, where everyone can feel there own presence. Employees can express views independently and more importantly those views are valued by the management in a nice way. According to me, Mindfire Solutions showcase the best possible balance of both client centric & employee centric approach. Mindfire Solutions is just a perfect example of flexible work culture and quality work. You might be thinking that this blog is nothing but an advertisement of Mindfire Solutions :), but can’t help, this is what I feel about Mindfire Solutions. This is true and who says “truth is always bitter“, sometime it is sweet too :).

While talking about Mindfire Solutions, I must share something, which I feel is very important to mention. Few days back, in summer of March’11, we went for a team outing in Ocean World Water Park, BBSR. I had an accident there which was quite major :(. My lead, Kiran along with my colleagues, Sambit, Tyson and Jibardhan took me to a hospital. Doctors suggested a surgery. They took me to OT, I dont really remember much after that except the pain during the surgery :(. After sometime, I opened my eyes, found myself lying on a hospital bed and Kiran, Sambit, Tyson & Jibardhan sitting by my side waiting for me or probably my sense :).
I was staying alone in Bhubaneswar, away from home , now the accident puts me in a real tough situation. Sambit and Tyson used to bring food & medicine regularly for me as I could’nt walk properly. At that point of time, the help I got from my colleagues, lead and Mindfire Solutions is something I will never forget in my entire life. I got ‘Work From Home’ for one months which I was not expecting at all. I mean I joined Mindfire Solutions few months back & getting ‘WFH’ is something rocking. This not only helps me to heal my injuries but also helps me to realize the strength of Mindfire Solutions.

In brief, I am glad to have such nice colleagues ( some of them turned into friends in very short time), I am glad to be a part of our team and I am really glad to be with Mindfire Solutions in its growth journey.

So… Wishing me a many many happy returns of the day… A very happy anniversary @mindfire…

Cheers… 🙂
